AUDITING
What is environmental auditing? It is an examination of a facility's environmental records and practices while checking both for accuracy and conformance to the organization's environmental policies and regulatory responsibilities. It is a tool that a company or a municipality can use to identify the full extent of its environmental impacts, determine whether the organization is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and expectations of its stakeholders, and gain an understanding of how it can sustain or improve its environmental performance.

PERMITTING
Environmental Permitting is as broad as the environmental field, with each major program (air, land, water) requiring specific or general permits. Not sure if you need a permit? SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL & COUNTERMEASURE (SPCC) PLANS
If your facility stores any type of petroleum or petroleum containing liquid above ground chances area, you are required to have an SPCC Plan in place. In coastal areas your facility may also need a Facility Response Plan as part of the SPCC Plan. These plans help you manage how a spill of petroleum liquids will be handled. SPCC Plans are a federal requirement as specified in Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR, Part 112). If your facility or business stores over 1,320-gallons above ground or has greater than 42,000-gallons stored underground, MartinEnviro can efficiently prepare these plans for you.
