M&A offers a wide array of environmental services for commercial and industrial properties which are conducted by field personnel that are fully trained and OSHA certified for hazardous waste operations in accordance with 40 CFR 1910.120. These services range from Phase I assessments, the assessment and/or quantification of potential/actual environmental impacts of historical and/or current operations (Phase II through remediation), current compliance of operations in accordance with both Federal (EPA/OSHA) and State regulations, and the evaluation of health and safety compliance/issues.
M&A has the ability to assess and remove both underground and aboveground storage tanks and to assess/characterize and dispose of drummed material in any condition and/or quantity. M&A has the experience, personnel and ability to aid our clients in the development of SPCC plans, contingency planning, EPA reporting, and the development of health and safety plans/programs as well as case by case monitoring.
