Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans
Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans provide recommendations and requirements to prevent environmental damage resulting from spills of oil and are required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as stated in 40 CFR, Part 112.
In addition to Federal requirements, each State has regulations which are often more stringent than the Federal requirements. M&A has an extensive knowledge of the Federal and State SPCC plan requirements and will ensure that clients are in full compliance with all regulations. |
