WETLAND DETERMINATIONS & DELINEATIONS
Wetland issues, if not handled correctly, can stop a project before it gets started, can cause a significant increase in project costs and to the timeline. It is important that wetlands are identified by a trained field scientist prior to the start of construction projects or in a timely manner once projects have begun. MartinEnviro can provide a field biologist trained in wetland identification to a perform determination and delineation. All work is conducted in accordance with the Corps of Engineering Wetlands Delineation Manual (Technical Report Y-87-1).

WETLAND PERMITTING & MITIGATION
Whether a permit is required under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) or to meet State or Local requirements, MartinEnviro can effectively coordinate the permit application process and conduct onsite visits with agency representatives to fulfill the regulatory requirements. Depending on the type of activity and whether practicable alternatives with less adverse impact on the aquatic environment exist, wetland impacts may not be avoided or minimized.
